Where Jesus' Love is Lived!

Youth Mission Projects

One Day Trip
Working with 1byYouth and Group Work Camps, we take a team of youth (8th-12th graders) down to Indianapolis to participate in a day of cleaning a forgotten plot of land, preparing it for seeds, and planting small vegetable plants. All of this to provide fresh produce for the local community that is not able to provide for their families due to low income, or in some cases, unemployed. Week Long Trip
In 2012, we are bound to The Pittsburgh Project. On the first day we meet the homeowners to get a feel for the projects we will be working on throughout the week. The second and third day, it’s work. The fourth day, we celebrate the relationships we have formed with other youth and especially with the homeowners. The fifth day we take some time to see the city of Pittsburgh. The sixth day we complete our projects and say farewell to the homeowners. The seventh day we head for home changed by the love of God as we have not only shared His love with others but have seen Him at work throughout the week.    (www.pittsburghproject.org
