Pastor Shaler has been the Pastor of the Otsego United Methodist Church since 2000.  Prior to that, he had been a Chaplain at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI for one year and prior to that he hand been a Baptist Pastor since 1980.  Pastor Shaler's wife, Terri, is the Director of the local food pantry and helping agency, "Christian Neighbors."  Both Pastor Shaler and his wife are passionate about meeting the needs of the poor and hungry in the area.  Pastor Shaler received both his Master's Degree and Doctoral Degree from Southern Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Barb became the Office Administrator of the church in 2005.  She also had worked in the church office for one year in 1986 prior to working  for the Otsego Public Schools for 19 years.  Barb and her husband Bob have been married for 44 years, have one son and two daughters and 8 grand children.  Besides working at this church she is very pleased to be a part of the church family. 
 

Barb's office hours are Tuesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
